Avoiding streaks, smears, and other marks when scanning and photocopying

To ensure optimum scanning and photocopying quality, clean both the document glass and the slit glass regularly. Cleaning helps avoid scans and prints with streaks, smears, and other marks that transfer from the glass while scanning documents.

For best results, use a glass cleaner to remove marks and streaks.
